An ultra-modern interpretation of Zenith’s historic El Primero chronograph, the Chronomaster Original reference 18.3200.3600/69.C901 is crafted in 18k rose gold and measures 38mm, retaining the proportions and distinctive profile of the original A386.
The silvered dial has a great play of color between Zenith’s signature overlapping registers in silver, grey and blue, contrasted by the bright red central chronograph hand. When engaged, the hand races around the dial once every 10 seconds, allowing elapsed time to be read to 1/10th of a second against the outer scale. We purposely captured the hand in motion in some of the photographs (and video), showing just how quickly it travels around the dial.
Visible through the sapphire caseback is the famed El Primero caliber 3600 automatic movement, the modern generation of Zenith’s high-frequency chronograph. Operating at 36,000 vibrations per hour, the movement features a column-wheel chronograph, approximately 60 hours of power reserve and an open architecture beautifully finished with Zenith’s star-shaped rotor.
Fitted with a Zenith brown leather strap and Zenith 18k rose gold folding clasp.
The watch underwent a full Zenith service in August 2025, including complete disassembly and cleaning of the movement, replacement of necessary movement parts and seals, lubrication, calibration and reassembly to manufacturer specifications, followed by power-reserve and timekeeping testing. A copy of the Zenith service documentation is included with the sale.

A great mix of old and new—the proportions and tri-color dial clearly look back to the early El Primero, while the fast-moving 1/10th-second chronograph and beautifully displayed caliber 3600 make this feel positively modern.
