A vintage Universal Genève Compur reference 22409 in Enversteel, crafted in the 1940s. The 38mm case, produced by Spillman, retains traces of its original finish and features angular thick lugs and pronounced pushers — classic design hallmarks of the period. The silvered dial presents luminous Arabic numerals that have developed an attractive patina, complemented by sword-shaped hands outlined with blued steel filled with lume (the smaller hand showing partial loss). It includes subsidiary seconds and a 45-minute register, surrounded by a tachymeter scale along the perimeter. Powered by the manual-wind caliber 285 movement and fitted with a new premium taupe leather strap, this chronograph delivers vintage charm.
