Description
An excellent early Rolex GMT-Master ref. 1675 dating to circa 1965 and offered in beautifully preserved condition. The glossy gilt chapter ring dial retains its luminous indexes and hands with an even patina throughout, paired with the desirable smaller 24-hour hand characteristic of early examples.
A nicely faded red and blue “Pepsi” bezel insert adds considerable vintage character, while the inner case back is stamped IV.65, dating it to the fourth quarter of 1965.
Powered by the Rolex caliber 1570 automatic GMT movement, the watch is fitted with a brown leather strap. A compelling early GMT-Master with the combination of a gilt chapter ring dial, small GMT hand and naturally aged Pepsi insert.
