Originally rooted in aviation the GMT Master which officially launched in 1954, allowed pilots to keep track of different time zones with the GMT’s 24-hour rotatable bezel and hand. In 1983 the first GMT Master II was released and due to the case’s large sized was dubbed the “Fat Lady”, but in 1988 a slimmer GMT Master II was introduce also featuring a new sapphire crystal, and a new thinner and lighter case. Our ROLEX 16710T 2006 GMT Master II has the original dial and hands along with the iconic pepsi bezel. It also comes with the original 20 MM stainless steel rolex bracelet that provides both a very executive and casual look how every you want to wear it!
