Originally rooted in aviation the GMT Master which officially launched in 1954, allowed pilots to keep track of different time zones with the GMT’s 24-hour rotatable bezel and hand. In 1983 the first GMT Master II was released and due to the case’s large sized was dubbed the “Fat Lady”, but in 1988 a slimmer GMT Master II was introduce also featuring a new sapphire crystal, and a new thinner and lighter case.
This ROLEX 16710T 2005 GMT Master II with it's original rotating pepsi bezel, dial and hands. This Rolex also comes with the original stainless steel 20 MM Rolex Bracelet which provides a very executive look but can also be worn casually and still look great! The bracelet fits 7 1/2 inches approximate. A true classic and always a favorite among Rolex collectors and enthusiasts.
