Vivid is the word that comes to mind with this vintage Piaget dress watch in white gold, dating to the 1970s. More jewel than watch, the deep blue lapis lazuli dial takes center stage, interrupted only by the Piaget signature, discreet Swiss designation, and dauphine hands.

The case and integrated bracelet are finished with a finely textured bark-like pattern that continues seamlessly across the design, while subtle notches to the bezel serve as hour markers without detracting from the stone dial. The integrated bracelet remarkably retains its full length and is fitted with a Piaget-signed clasp, signed both inside and out.

Powered by the ultra-thin manual-wind Piaget caliber 9P, this reference 9701A6 has been beautifully preserved and remains in exceptional condition. A striking example of Piaget's mastery of stone dials and integrated jewellery watches during the period.
