A pre-owned Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Control reference 147.8.37.S in stainless steel, crafted in the 2000s. The 40 mm case features a silver sunburst dial with applied silver dauphine markers and hands, Arabic numerals at 12, 6, and 9, and a date aperture at 3 o’clock. Powered by the automatic caliber 889, its 22k gold outlined rotor is viewable through the sapphire case back. Fitted with a pebbled black leather strap and its original Jaeger-LeCoultre steel deployant clasp. A handsome all-steel, silver-tonal watch with a clean restrained aesthetic, wearing with less visual heft than its 40 mm size might suggest, making it equally at home in casual or business settings.
