A preowned Cartier Tank Obus reference 2380 in 18k yellow gold, crafted circa 1998. The Obus is an iteration of the century-old Tank from Cartier, the name deriving from the French word “bullet” referencing the bullet-shaped lugs. From the Collection Privée Cartier Paris line, the exhibition case back shows the automatic movement with special attention to interlocking C logo design and houses a blue cabochon crown. Features a beautiful guilloche dial with black Roman numeral hour markers with secret Cartier signature at 7 o’clock, 60 second scale and blued-steel breguet hands. Fitted with a black Cartier crocodile strap and Cartier 18k tang buckle. Accompanied by a CPCP inner and outer box and papers dating 1998.
