A fine preowned Cartier Ronde Mecanique in 18k yellow gold, crafted during the 2000s. A classic large and minimal round case that wears well for a variety of wrists, with the intricate guilloche dial containing a 24 hour track. Comfortable to wear on the wrist and a popular model to date. Modeled on 6 inch wrist.
