Perhaps one of Cartier's most charming modern designs, the Diabolo takes its name from the classic spinning toy, with playful details echoed in its ball-ended lugs, cabochon crown and rounded case. This 1990s ref. 14200 example is the classic date configuration, featuring an 18k yellow gold case, blue cabochon crown and white Roman dial with blued Breguet hands. A date aperture at 3 o'clock and central sweep seconds complete the layout. Powered by a quartz movement for minimal upkeep, it is fitted with a black Cartier leather strap and Cartier 18k yellow gold deployant clasp. A favourite of ours here at Fabsuisse.
