The Diabolo is one of Cartier’s more playful designs, named after the juggling toy and distinguished by its stylized lugs and oversized cabochon crown. Offered here in 18k yellow gold, this midsize example strikes a nice balance between the line’s smaller and larger variants, with blue cabochons adorning both the crown and lug tips. The rounded bezel frames a white dial with Cartier’s signature Roman numerals and chemin de fer minute track, while blued Breguet hands offer a subtle departure from the brand’s more familiar sword-shaped style. Powered by a quartz movement for easy upkeep, it is fitted with an adjustable Cartier burgundy leather strap and an 18k yellow gold Cartier deployant clasp.
