A vintage and rare Patek Philippe watch reference 575 in 18k rose gold, manufactured in 1938. The unusual rectangular case measures 23.5 inches across and houses cylindrical hooded lugs with prominent domed bullet-like end finishes and a hand wound movement. The dial may have been refinished or refreshed, features silvered face with gold applied dotted and Arabic hour indices, subsidiary seconds dial and an outer black minute track. Fitted with an original black crocodile strap and its rose 18k tang buckle, and is accompanied by its Extract from the Archives. A beautiful vintage Patek Philippe watch to add to a collection, it is not easy to find one like it.
Watch has wear and tarnish, possibly refinished dial.
