A Vacheron Constantin Vintage Sweep Second from 1945-50 in great condition for its age. Still has the original Guilloche dial, hands and gold toned Vacheron crown. Features a new acrylic crystal. Case# 3217xx and movement# 4911xx are stamped on the watch. We will include a new premium non Vacheron 20 mm leather strap.
