A 1970's Vacheron & Constantin Prestige de la France ladies watch with original champagne dial, gold dauphine hands, Vacheron gold crown. This has a rare tiger's eye 18k deployment (pictured). Watch comes with Vacheron 14 mm brown crocodile strap that fits 6 inches or 15.24 cm approximate. Strap is about 70% condition. 

This Vacheron & Constantin Prestige de la France ladies watch has recently been timed, oiled and adjusted by our watchmaker. It runs strong and is ready to wear and enjoy.
