A rare preowned Vacheron Constantin Patrimony Squelette reference 43502 in 18k yellow gold, crafted during the 1990s. The 16-sided case measures 34 mm housing factory set diamonds on its bezel weighing 1 carat, an automatic movement with a 21 carat gold rotor seen through the exhibition crystal, and a blue cabochon crown. Features beautifully detailed finishes on the bridges and rotor, Vacheron signature cross prominently displayed and is topped with black anodized hands. It is accompanied by its original Vacheron 18k tang buckle. The open work detail on this special watch demands much to be admired, wears quite handsomely on the wrist.

Factory diamond set bezel, 64 diamonds approximately 1 carat.
