A beautifully preserved Rolex Day Date reference 18038 in 18k yellow gold, crafted in 1987 and is accompanied by punched papers from Hong Kong. This presidential in the 36 mm case has retained much of its original finish and has developed a lovely patina making it a fabulous candidate for a factory stone dial. Features a champagne dial, gold applied baton hour markers flanked by plump intact lume plots and tiny Roman numerals, gold baton hour hands with center lume, and day and date apertures. Powered by an automatic movement. Fitted with the original Rolex presidential bracelet showing attractively toned patina with a hidden fold clasp with Rolex crown logo. Photographs of this Rolex underserve its appeal, it is one to admire in person.
