 First released in 1945, the Rolex “Datejust” was the first pressure proof timepiece that offered a self-winding calendar chronometer option that changed the date in the dial window. The Datejust was also the first Rolex watch that utilized the “cyclops window” to magnify the date, making it easier to see. In the 70’s there were many changes to be implemented to the Datejust, like a new movement, dial and case design along with changing to real sapphire crystal versus acrylic plastic crystal of the past.

Our ROLEX 6105 Big Bubble Datejust features dial that is in awesome condition having been refinished by Rolex. It also features it's original Rolex stainless steel and 9K jubilee bracelet. The bracelet is missing a few links and fits 6 1/2 inches approximate. Case back is coded 2/53.
