Already elevated in all the right ways, this striking Rolex King Midas ref. 4031, dated circa 1975, is further distinguished by its diamond accents. Crafted in 18k white gold, the asymmetrical case is fitted with a factory diamond-set bezel, while the crown—positioned on the left—is left unsigned.
The glossy black dial provides strong contrast with a white printed logo and “Cellini” script, complemented by silvered hands. Diamond hour markers appear at the quarters, with a coronet at 12 completing the layout.
Powered by a manual-wind caliber 1601 movement, the watch is fitted with a black alligator strap that follows the asymmetry of the case. An unusual and dress-forward piece, well suited for formal wear.
