Originally rooted in aviation the GMT Master which officailly launched in 1954 allowed pilots to keep track of different time zones with the GMT's 24hr rotatable bezel and hand. In 1983 the first GMT Master II was released and due to the cases large size was dubbed the "Fat Lady" but in 1988 a slimmer GMT Master II was released also featuring the new sapphire crystal and a thinner lighter case.

Our very nice full set Rolex 16753 GMT dates 1979-80. Papers are dated November 1983. Comes with an acrylic crystal, original dial, hands and Rolex crown. The hour hand has been re-lumed the rest of the lume is original. Dial does show some hand scratch in the center. Will include a 20 mm premium leather strap.

Watches are shipped domestically via insured FedEx Overnight, DHL or UPS with signature required. Tracking will be provided.

International shipping will take longer to arrive due to the nature of customs and distance. Straps fabricated from exotic material banned from import will be removed prior to shipping, according to C.I.T.E.S. regulations. Import duties and tax associated with customs is not part of the shipping fee and is the sole responsibilitiy of the buyer.
