A fine preowned 18k white gold Piaget reference 3867-A6, produced circa 1970’s and retailed by Van Cleef and Arpels. This dainty little timepiece looks stunning on the wrist, beautifully catching the light with its silver textured dial surrounded by diamonds, and white gold mesh bracelet. Would suit a variety of occasions from casual to formal. Modeled on a 6 inch wrist.
