A very nice vintage Patek Philippe women’s watch reference 4180-1 in 18k yellow gold, crafted during the 1970s. The sensational design is reminiscent of the Ellipse model, the delicate oval case features a champagne sigma dial with raised gold blackened baton hour indices, crevices of the quarter Roman numerals contain a dauphine effect reflecting light, pointed baton hands, and a Patek signed crown. Fitted with an airy integrated bracelet of gold perforated oval rows allowing beautiful movement when worn and is fastened by a jewellery clasp with Patek emblem. Powered by a caliber 16-250 manual wind movement. Quite a striking watch for dressy or casual occasions wearing as a piece of jewellery, this is not a Patek watch you will readily come by.
Hands show patina. Small amount of scratches and light scuffs, wear is normal for its age. Sapphire crystal contains a scratch.
