A rare vintage Patek Philippe reference 1491 in 18k yellow gold crafted during 1949 to late 1950s. The 34 mm case contains 2 seals of Geneva and houses striking scroll lugs and a caliber 27SC manual-wind movement. Features a lightly patina’d silvered dial with raise gold faceted baton hours, gold dauphine hands, blued-steel sweep second hand, outer minute track and a subsidiary seconds dial. Fitted with a Patek brown leather strap and a more modern Patek 18k pin buckle. The combination of the blued-steel sweep second and the movement makes this Patek Philippe attractive for a vintage collector.

Normal light wear from age and usage.

New crystal recently installed.
