This is a refined ladies’ Patek Philippe reference 3349, distinguished by its delicate oval form crafted in 18k white gold that wears with effortless elegance on the wrist. At some point in its history, the bezel was thoughtfully modified, now set with 30 diamonds totaling approximately 1 carat—an embellishment that enhances the understated beauty of what was originally a plain design.

The silvered sunburst dial has developed a soft perimeter patina, adorned with raised silvered baton markers and pointed hands. The discreet Patek-signed crown tucks almost invisibly behind the bezel, while the watch is powered by a manual wind movement, and its inner case back bears Geneva Seals.

Its integrated 18k white gold bracelet displays an attractive textured finish, secured by a Patek-signed jewelry clasp. A creation of the 1970s, this piece may have been altered, yet the modification serves to accentuate its beauty while maintaining the integrity of Patek’s design.
