A preowned Patek Philippe World Time reference 5110R in 18k rose gold, crafted during the 2000s. The robust 37 mm case houses an exhibition case back displaying the automatic movement with a GMT and world time function. Features a silver guilloche dial engine turned sunburst center dial with raised rose gold baton hour indexes and hands, 24-hour ring with alternating silver and navy colored day and night indication. Perimeter disc rotates 24 time zones with their respective cities with a click of the pusher. Fitted with a Patek black crocodile strap and signature emblem deployment clasp, this elegant timepiece would suit the world traveler.
