A very nice Patek Philippe 4268 ladies dress watch. A beautiful stepped case with lightly engraved initials on back. Original white roman dial does show some cracking around 12:00 to 3:00, its very hard to see. With original hands and crown. Will also include original Patek 18 mm black lizard strp with non original gold plated buckle. Strap is about 95% condition.
