An Omega 145.022 Speedmaster Chronograph from the 1969. This watch has a new Omega acrylic crystal, but still retains its original stepped dial, hands and Omega crown. The original Omega bracelet fits 7 inches approximate. We will include a new 20 mm nato style strap. The end pieces of the original bracelet are #677 (1 was replaced with #G1032).
