Part of the Master Control collection, this Jaeger-LeCoultre example undergoes the brand’s 1,000 Hour Control testing, a standard that reflects its approach to precision and durability.

Reference 140.8.98.S features a rich black dial with silvered dauphine hands and matching indices, complemented by Arabic numerals at 12, 3, and 9 o’clock. The outer date is indicated by a crescent, while the two central day and month windows add subtle hints of red that bring a subtle splash of color to the dial.

Inside is the automatic caliber 891/448, fitted with a 22-carat gold-tipped rotor marked with the Master Control 1,000 Hours certification. The watch is paired with a taupe leather strap and finished with a Jaeger-LeCoultre tang buckle.
