A vintage Hamilton Flight II watch in 10k gold filled, crafted during the 1960s. Small amounts of Flight IIs were produced, Hamilton would later reissue the model in 1993 with little success during its time. It has a futuristic design in its asymmetrical outline giving Jetsons vibes, the bezel appears to be partly perforated, in actuality the gold fill had most likely been polished away in some of the diamond perforations, the boomerang-like lug illustrates forward motion, and the crown with Hamilton logo is charmingly offset. Features an asymmetrical silvered dial with black cross hair pattern, raised gold-toned dots and Arabic hour indices, and dauphine hands. Powered by a Hamilton-grade caliber 770 mechanical wind movement. Fitted with a vintage leather strap with distressed effect. This quirky classic American-made piece makes for a fun addition to a vintage lover’s collection.
