A gorgeous dual time zone piece from the 1970s, this Corum reference 16500 is a truly rare find. The rounded rectangular case in 18k white gold features gently tapered lugs and houses a silvered dial with an elegant crosshatched, linen-like texture.
The standout feature is the pair of subsidiary time dials, rendered in a deeper silver tone and each independently set via Corum-signed crowns positioned on either side of the case. Each crown operates its own Corum manual-wind movement, allowing the two time zones to function completely independently.
Fitted with a black Corum lizard strap and secured by a Corum-signed steel tang buckle, this is an exceptional and uncommon example of 1970s watchmaking ingenuity—one we are particularly pleased to share.
Small amount of wear shown: Lightly spotted dial and small scratches on crystal and case.
