A Cartier Tank Louis from the 1970s, this example is rendered in vermeil and stands apart from more typical configurations. It is fitted with a striking black dial featuring silver printed Roman numerals, an inner minute track, and silvered sword-shaped hands, finished with the classic blue cabochon crown. The watch is powered by a manual-wind movement.
It comes on a custom-made black suede strap that reinforces the cool monochrome look and is secured with a Cartier-plated tang buckle. Nicely preserved and gently worn, it’s a Tank Louis configuration that isn’t easy to come by.
Wear shown: Light scratches on case and crystal, small tarnish worn.
