Cartier produced a limited run of Jumbo Tanks in the mid-1970s, and this reference 17002 measures a generous 28 mm across. The white dial has been professionally restored; however, the original dial feet are missing, and it is currently secured to the movement with double-sided tape — a detail that should be corrected before the watch is worn. Original blued-steel hands remain in place, along with the elongated blue spinel crown. The domed case back, stamped Automatic Paris, houses the ETA caliber 2670 automatic movement — an unusual choice at first glance, yet one that sits comfortably and low on the wrist. The watch is fitted with a black leather strap, original gold screw bars, and a Cartier gold-plated buckle.
Professionally restored dial. It is missing dial feet : dial has been secured to the movement via double-sided tape and needs to be addressed prior to wearing.
