An early example of the well-known Santos de Cartier from the late 1980s–90s, this small stainless-steel model is distinguished by its automatic movement and noticeably more robust build than later iterations. The case back is engraved in red with “Santos de Cartier, Automatique, Swiss Made,” underscoring its earlier production period.
The classic Cartier white dial features black Roman numerals, an inner minute track, blued-steel hands, and a sweep seconds hand. It is fitted with the signature Santos screwed steel bracelet, secured by a single deployant clasp embossed with Cartier’s double-C logo.
