A preowned Cartier Diabolo watch reference 1440 in 18k yellow gold, crafted during the 2000s. The 27 mm case houses charmingly extended lugs, often referred to as officer’s lugs, each containing blue cabochon bullet ends and a prominent blue cabochon crown with a softer dome. Features a white dial with black Roman hour indices, outer black minute track and beautiful steel-blue breguet hands. Fitted with an adjustable French-made black lizard strap and its original 18k deployment clasp. Although not the most popular model released from Cartier, it certainly carries its charm in its chunky design.
Light scratches and dings on case.
