A vintage Cartier Ceinture reference 78100 in 18k yellow gold, crafted during the 1980s. The double stepped case measures 25 mm housing a manual wind movement and a beautiful gold hexagonal crown integrated within the bezel. Features a white dial signed Paris with black Roman numeral hour markers with secret signature at 7 o’clock, inner minute track and blued-steel sword-shaped hands. Fitted with its original Cartier burgundy crocodile strap with a Cartier gold plated buckle. A lovely model that is not quite as popular yet fits well amongst the other well-known pieces.

Light scratches on crystal.

6.5 mm thick case.
