Certainly an eye-catching kind of vintage Tank fully iced out on the dial and bezel sides, diamonds weighing an approximate 2.75 carats total. If this Bueche Girod looks like a Cartier Tank, you would not be wrong as the brand made watches for Cartier during the 1960s and 70s, right down to the blue cabochon crown, albeit this one is a tad thicker. Powered by an ETA manual wind movement, the case back is stamped Bueche Girod and inner case stamped Italy. Fitted with a Bueche Girod black lizard strap and the original plated buckle, this kind of vintage women’s watch is unusual and rare, not a piece you’ll come across everyday. A piece right up our alley and for a vintage lover.

Gentle wear given its age, case back has developed a light patina.
