A vintage Audemars Piguet watch in 18k yellow gold, crafted circa 1966. Reminiscent of a disco volante for its large and ultra-thin case, thin bezel and tiny lugs. The grid lines on the dial gives an appearance of a crosshairs, elongated lines as hour indices and gold hands. The sector dial has developed a patina and contains its original fitted glass. Powered by an AP caliber 2003 manual movement. Fitted with a thin black lizard strap and original Audemars Piguet 18k gold tang buckle. A beautifully minimal and simple vintage piece with a large presence.
