Art Deco–inspired yet executed in a confidently modern size, the Audemars Piguet Canapé is among the more fanciful and sculptural creations from Audemars Piguet.

The case design is distinctive and architectural: polished round gold bolsters anchor the top and bottom, while elegant “violin scroll” curved lugs articulate for a comfortable, adaptive fit on the wrist. The silhouette feels both dramatic and fluid, giving the watch notable presence .

This 1990s example features a white dial with polished, raised gold index hour markers of unusual design that catch and glisten in the light, flanked by luminous squares. Exaggerated luminous numerals at 12 and 6 o’clock provide bold visual balance, while luminous gold hands complete the composition beneath a curved crystal.

The crown is signed AP, and the watch is powered by the caliber 2140 automatic movement. It is fitted with an Audemars Piguet brown alligator strap and secured by an AP-signed 18k gold deployant clasp.
