A rare Patek Philippe 3466 Calatrava from 1972 with original silvered dial, hands and snow flake Patek crown. A new acrylic crystal has been installed. We will include a new premium 18 mm leather strap. This watch is unlikely in unpolished condition and is in very good overall condition.
